Help your client remember to mark and note the special days ahead. Do this now or early in the new year. Spend a few minutes in your coaching or organizing session covering their inner circle family, friends and colleagues birthdays and anniversaries. Encourage the use of reminder systems through the computer and dates marked and highlighted on their main calendar.
Remind and check on the use of their calendar system on a regular basis in your coaching or consulting sessions.
You will have thankful clients and grateful family members and friends.
